An infrared sauna helps you get rid of discomfort in the body by warming you up from the inside and treating your pain to the end. The infrared rays heat the bones, tendons, joints, muscles and skin in a pleasant and relaxing way, which relieves painful areas and gives you back your well-being. When treated with an infrared sauna, you can, among other things, heal your sore muscles, stiff joints, pain and inflammation, as well as wounds, skin problems, headaches, fatigue and intestinal problems. The infrared rays help your body become its best self, so you don't have to worry about physical pain. 25 min is perfect as a first treatment. (30 min with changing) 45 minutes is perfect if you have tried it before. (50 min with changing) Sauna no. 3 is intended for a minimum of 2 people who know each other, the sauna is private. Your companion is included in the booking and does NOT have to book a new appointment. But pays for his time with us. Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna, clothing is not necessary as the sauna is private. You can possibly rent one from us if you should have forgotten.
